He didn't do that today.
What he did was fold it in two and begin to tear it down the middle, asking Congress for cover and help.
People must understand that 9/11 was executed to take out Iran. The series of wars since 9/11 were executed to first take out Iran's allies and thus eventually isolate Iran. That plan has not worked. But when any war on Iran that does come then it must be made to look like Iran is the aggressor.
